About Us

The SignaLink 3.0 database was created and maintained by the Korcsmaros Group at the Earlham Institute (UK).

Earlham Institute, based in the Norwich Research Park is providing the computational infrastructure for SignaLink. The institute aims to explore and further understand living biological systems by combining computational biology and the newest biotechnological approaches.

SignaLink is developed by members of the Korcsmaros Group. The group focuses on host-microbe interactions, developing bioinformatics tools to analyze molecular networks, gaining insight into autophagy and gut health.
